Jiayi Ding

Jiayi Ding is a performance designer specialises in set and costume design.  She is passionate about creating innovative and conceptual designs that effectively convey the narrative and emotions of the performance. Jiayi enjoys experimenting with different materials and media to capture the narrative and emotions behind the content and to create a connection between the audience and the work through visual and sensory means. She is also interested in exploring spatial art to expand the potential of the performing space, create a contemporary visual language, and transform the space into art.

Jiayi Ding is trained at the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama for BA (Hons) in Design for Performance.
